Epiq Construction Services is helping to bring retail back to downtown Cleveland with a 4,200 square foot retail renovation of the Ivory Building on Euclid. This historic renovation of the Truman Building, built in 1911, included resurfacing the original terrazzo and concrete floors, the existing plaster walls and columns, and the exposed sixteen foot high ceiling.
